Respect and Honour Nature (R.H.N.), is an environmental awareness network, set up by two British youths, determined to raise awareness about how serious climate change actually is and how we have to change now. R.H.N. are also an environmental group who organise campaigns to raise awareness and help combat climate change. R.H.N. have been working to organise fundraising events for the W.W.F. and the R.S.P.B. to save rainforests. If we stopped all the illegal deforestation taking place in the world it would cancel out the overall effect of all planes, cars and boats in the world, please visit www.rainforestsos.org to learn more and to join the Prince's Rainforest Trust to help stop deforestation once and for all. R.H.N. have raised over £2,800 for the World Wildlife Fund (W.W.F.) to save rainforests and over £3,500 for other projects such as 'Save the Sumatran Rainforest' and 'Save the Rainforests of Papua New Guinea' and to continue fundraising and campaigning, R.H.N. are currently planning various fund-raising events and campaigns. R.H.N conduct litter pick ups and campaigns constantly around London and Dorset. The website is updated regularly with all the new campaigns and events and please sign up to the free newsletter and keep up to date by becoming a member.
People under-estimate Global Warming and climate change severely, it is the most important issue we are facing, it is estimated that in the next 30 years the population will reach about 10 billion people and when Global Warming is at full throttle the population will be reduced to only 1 billion people. We need to act now, before it is too late. To make a real difference please change your energy supplier to ecotricity at no extra cost, go to www.ecotricity.co.uk .
