Protecting endangered species such as the tree kangeroo is critical to RHN. This is why RHN fundraised for this project with the WWF. The project projects a vast area of lush rainforest in the heart of Papua New Guinea. RHN have raised £3,000 for this project.

Every second 1.5 acres of rainforest is cut down or burnt. All the animals that live in these rainforests have no where to go, the rainforests also absorb CO2 and are vital to life on earth. One of our most recent campaigns has been to raise awareness about the shocking information that Greenpeace International have revealed about Nestle's Kit Kat. Nestlé, the maker of the popular chocolate bar Kit Kat, have been revealed to have used unsustainable palm oil from companies that are trashing Indonesian rainforests, threatening the livelihoods of local people and pushing orangutans towards extinction. "We all deserve to have a break - but having one shouldn't involve taking a bite out of Indonesia's precious rainforests. We're asking Nestlé to give rainforests and orangutans a break and stop buying palm oil from destroyed forests."
